I sent a support request 7 days ago (#379548) but still not getting any response

This ticket is about one of my assetpack not getting indexed for over a year now ( most of the traffic come outside of itch and people that saved to their collection)

My questions:

• Did my account got flagged or something cause i don't know where to check that?
• There's a code at the end of the automated confirm mail. May i know what it is for?
• Can admin look at my support request sooner please, i believe i have waited for a reasonable time by now

One of my project got visited from a weird website, i think this is from Russia. My project is not even indexed, how did someone find my page to visit? I couldn't access this site too

I posted my asset 2 day ago and still can't find it on search. I have 2 others post  almost a year now and i still can't find them on search too
