Bestellt wurde die Größen M und L, geliefert wurden aber China Größen S und M.
Anbieter behauptet es sei alles ok aber keine Hose passt. Support ist auch unter aller Kanone brauchen viele Tage für Rückantworten, wollten immer andere Bilder der Hosen am Ende mit Maßband. Als Rückmeldung kam Reklamation abgelehnt, kein warum.
Man könne die Ware bei nicht gefallen ja zurück nach China schicken auf eigene Kosten.
Finger weg von diesem Anbieter.

Wenn ich weniger als einen Stern vergeben könnte, würde ich das tun, aber das ist leider nicht möglich. Das teure Produkt, das ich erhalten habe, war beschädigt, doch mein Rückgabeantrag wurde abgelehnt. Die Preise sind hoch und die Qualität ist extrem schlecht.

I ordered a water bottle for my dog £20 they sent me the cheap £11 water bottle. The one I ordered has a switch to hold the water and to release the water.
Never buying anything from this scam of a company again. If I wanted the cheap £11 version that doesn't have the switch to hold and release the water I would have ordered the cheap crap.

Do not trust Joom's delivery estimates. I ordered a cosplay suit specifically for my son's birthday, as the order guaranteed delivery between September 15th and 18th.
After waiting past the deadline with no updates, I had to contact them myself on September 22nd. Only then was I informed that the new delivery date is October 12th. Pushing a delivery back by almost a month without proactive notification is completely unacceptable. Now my son doesn't have his present for his birthday. Extremely disappointing customer service and deceptive shipping timelines.

Produit reçu ne cor au descriptif de vente, produit électronique ne parlant que en chinois, prises secteur Chine ou us, aucun manuel si ce n'est qu'un petit dépliant de 2 pages en chinois. Compliqué de joindre joom pour un retour et un remboursement, même après avoir fourni photos et vidéos du produit et du problème, photos des étiquettes de l'envoi, numéro de suivi, etc... Je déconseille fortement ce site ! Malheureusement...

Mais uma boa experiência. Houve alguma falha de comunicação no rastreamento da encomenda a partir de determinada altura e a mesma foi entregue no dia a seguir ao prazo que tinham dado inicialmente mas, como não era urgente. Recomendo!
