My account was restricted on 31st October. Till now I didn't get an explanation nor did I get any solution. I have 406$ in my account. I have been using neteller for 5-6 years now. Never faced any problem before. I don't know why they are taking so long to respond.

My account NETELLER which was verified and in good standing has been blocked in a Sunday without any explanation.
Since now 10 days my accounts is still restricted with 500 euros inside that can t use. They said they restrict the account until I justify the bank transfers made from my bank.
They ask me for a bank statements which is not yet exist because issued for the bank at the end of the month.
I sent proof of the transfer, bank statements or prior month.. nothing still block.
I only have generic email, no phone line, no aim the solve my problem and release my funds! What a shame!!

READ THE SMALL PRINT!!
I put some money in the account for an international purchase that didn't end up going ahead.
6 months later neteller started taking monthly inactivity charges, now all but a small amount is gone!
I closed the account and guess what? they charge you for that too!!
DO NOT USE unless you intend to use it regularly

Jeden z lepszych portfeli z jakimi miałem do czynienia. Nigdy nie było problemów z wypłatami czy wpłatami. Obsługa odpowiada bardzo szybko. Przelewałem sumy rzędu 50-100 tyś czy to na konto czy kartą zawsze ekspresowo. Jasne zasady i stałe opłaty. Karta działa bardzo dobrze. Od siebie daje 10/10. Jedyny mały minus brak IBAN, ale tak to naprawdę portfel godny polecenia.

Awful, I used neteller to make a deposit to ggbet as it says on neteller site ggbet is "a partner" I won £1000 had tried withdrawing my winnings to neteller about 10 times everytime everything processed with ggbet fine for ir to be declined by neteller ,

There phone number is put of use and I have not received a single reply to my emails absolutely awful app . All I want is to make this transaction then i will never use this app again

Will someone from neteller please contact me to explain what is happening

Achtung! Betrug und Diebstahl!
Ich habe meinen Saldo auf meine Kreditkarte überwiesen und der gesamte Betrag ist seit 3 Wochen verschwunden.
Vom Support meldet sich sporadisch jemand per Email es daure noch 2 Tage dann wieder 2 Tage etc. Niemand kümmert sich wirklich darum.
Ich habe nun eine Klage eingereicht beim Financial Ombudsman, wie sie es beschreiben. Mal sehen, ob dies etwas bringen wird.
Ansonsten werde ich wohl oder übel Übermässige einen Anwalt Anzeige erstatten müssen.

I have money in there, which is mine, not netellers, they have restricted my account and asked me to upload id, due to financial difficulties i cannot order a new id document to upload, but i can send other id by email, i told them this 3 days ago (also told them about my financial problems) and they havent bothered to get back to me. This is now really damaging me mentally as they are not responding to me and they have 290 pound of my money which is needed to pay for priority bills. Get back to me scammers

Just yesterday I did an international transfer from SGD to VND and the transfer is still processing even though it's supposed to be delivered instantly. My experience with NETELLER hasn't been so bad until now.

The service provided by NETELLER Support is slow, it will take days or up to a week for them to contact you back. Need a faster service and responsive staff from NETELLER.

Neteller are thieving scammers. Make a deposit (no questions asked) & they charge a fee for so doing. Try to pay a merchant or person & they wont let you OR request refund of deposit back to original source. Wont refund. And this even after verification docs sent to them

Honestly read some horrible stuff about NETELLER so was really worried with withdrawing a good amount, although if you contact them repetedly and tell them your situation they do help you they got my money sent back after a restricted account after like 5 days. Lovely people.
