And now we're going to mix it all up. And spread out the Greek yogurt over every piece of chicken. Flip them around until they're evenly coated. That looks good. Now we're going to season our chicken. Starting with one teaspoon of paprika. Next we're going to do one teaspoon of oregano. 1 teaspoon of turmeric. One teaspoon of black pepper. And last but not least 1 teaspoon of salt. Now we're going to mix it all together. Oh these are some big I'm going in. Just get right in there. Make sure all the sauce is evenly distributed. The sauce is nice and thick but it's not done. You have to see what we're going to do with it. You are never going to make chicken a different way. Now we're going to crack an egg just like that. And squeeze the juice of one lime. Stir all of these last ingredients together. Make sure it coats all of the chicken. This already smells so amazing. This sauce is just the marinade. The lime juice all in there. Now this is well seasoned. Now we're going to take some saran wrap and place it over our chicken. Pop this in the frizz for 30 minutes and let it marinate. While that marinades we're going to add two cups of flours to a bowl. And here's the second. Add half a teaspoon of paprika. Half a teaspoon of black pepper. Half a teaspoon of oregano and half a teaspoon of salt. Now we're going to stir it all together. This is going to be the breading that we use for our chicken. Cheat up some oil in our pan. So it covers the bottom. That looks about right It's been 30 minutes. Let's get our chicken. And now we're going to bread it. Take off our plastic wrap. We're going to take out each piece. Coat it in the flour mixture that we made earlier. And flip it around a couple times. And then place it on a plate while we do the rest. Grab your second piece. Dip it in. Flip it over. Make sure it's nice and coated. Perfect. Look at that. It's going to be so much flavour. Keep going with that until you've coated every piece of chicken. Now that the oil's heated up. Let's place these in gently. Oh look at that sizzle. Let's do three at a time. Throw the third guy in there. Let them fry up for a bit. Okay it's time to flip them over and put on the other side. All that looks good. Perfect. Flip it over nice. Flip this one over as well. A couple more minutes on this side and they'll be all ready. I cannot wait to try a bite. Already it's time to take them out. Grab one out like that. Place it on some paper towels. Got other two. And the last one. Perfect. Look amazing. Alright they're all done. We're going to cut one open and see how they turned out. I think this is my favourite kind of chicken. Let's grab this piece here. Give it a nice chop. Just like that. Oh. Perfectly cooked. Oh I need to try a bite of this right now. Alright, let's see how it turned out. Oh my gosh. I'm never eating any other chicken.
