A graduate of the business school at Arizona State University, Doug Donatelli has been practicing industrial real estate brokerage since 1992, when he began his career at the age of 23. Now a successful 33-year industry veteran, he has experienced all the ups and downs of this highly competitive industry and has proven that he has what it takes by ranking among the top producers year after year.
As managing partner and licensed real estate broker with Hauppauge-based Metro Realty Services, Donatelli is focused on building quality, lasting relationships with his clients and delivering superior service. Honesty, integrity, commitment, knowledge and reliability are all a part of who Donatelli is and what he brings to the forefront when working with clients.
As a part-owner of Metro Realty Services for the past 20 years, Donatelli has helped the company become a top boutique industrial real estate brokerage firm on Long Island. He has represented some of Long Island’s largest and most respected companies with their real estate matters. He has particular expertise with the Long Island Innovation Park at Hauppauge, facilitating more than 200 real estate transactions within the industrial park. On behalf of clients, he has brokered more than 4 million square feet of property acquisitions and dispositions over the years.
As a resident of Huntington Village for the past 30 years, Donatelli loves all that Long Island has to offer and plans to be here for many years to come. He particularly enjoys kayaking in Huntington Bay, attending concerts at The Paramount and dining in Huntington’s restaurants.
