Santiago "Chag" Pérez Checchi is an Ultimate Min Min and Palutena, and former Wii U Bayonetta, main from Mexico. In Ultimate, Chag is considered one of the best Palutena players in the world and one of the best players in Mexico. He was ranked 99th in UltRank 2025.
He first came to prominence with a 5th place at Glitch 8.5 in September 2021, going on to reach Top 8 of several other major singles tournaments; he has won several doubles major tournaments, most notably with fellow Mexican player Sparg0, with whom he has won, among others, the doubles tournaments at GENESIS 8 and 9.
Biography
[edit]Chag joined Lucha AAA Esports on April 2, 2020.[1] He parted ways with Lucha AAA Esports on July 31, 2021.[2] He joined True Cryme Esports on August 27, 2021.[3] Chag and True Cryme Esports parted ways on May 7, 2022.[4] He joined Astros de Reset on September 1, 2023.[5] Astros de Reset ceased operations on March 24, 2025.[6] He joined Isurus on February 11, 2026.[7]
