Synopsis

England in the year 1533 was a time of uncertainty, with questions about right and wrong, the balance of power, and even life and death. There a boy dreamed of the future. Accompanying his father, an official in charge of the royal costumes, 12-year old William Cecil came to court for the first time, hoping to find a place in the royal household. At first, he was disappointed with the realities of royalty being so different from what he had dreamed of. But then he met Queen Anne Boleyn, and he was so struck by her that he vowed to serve her and the future "king" in her belly. A story based on historical events!
