Slechte informatie over lokatie en status van pakket.
Vlgs t&t doet het pakket 4 dagen over het traject Zuid-Duitsland naar Essen (Ruhr gebied), (zeker per fiets vervoerd).
Paar dagen later verdwijnt het pakket, raakt vermist.
Pas als ontvanger contact opneemt wordt hij geìnformeerd.
Waardeloze vervoerder. Slechte service.
