I was worried after I ordered and saw the negative reviews, but wow! I ordered my Nordic Pure furnace filters on a Sunday and they were at my door on Wednesday. Very fast service, well packaged, perfect condition, perfect size at a great price. Only issue, a confirmation email with order number and tracking would have been nice after ordering. I was kind of in the dark, but with service this fast, no big deal.

i brought a 32 inch android tv from this place compulsive liars anything for a sale ,once item out door thats it . I told them , i live in caravan and want tv for satellite tv . They said this well work fine first lie ,then as i payed cash they said , if you pay 68 dollar s .for 5 years cover ,any issue setting it up well send out technician to sort it .second lie went in two day s ago sorry you have to sort that out yourself ,they told me bring it in tomorrow ,so today i took it in but did nt on purpose take remote ,got to store they took me down back to big tv s i asked one do all these tv s run on satellite dish ,reply no wifi . They plugged aerial cord from display tv into one i took in then i said forgot remote , took 10 min s came back ,flick at speed , i asked so that cable is hooked to satellite dish is it ,yes sir ,well you said wifi before then quickly gave me tv ,have good day sir n left over 400 dollar theft . If you ask them do i need a satellite reciever , ya should nt . Its a yes or no question . Dispute s tribuneral after seeing person at smith city .avoid Harvey Norman

I’ve had a terrible experience with this brand. First we had a faulty hose pipe that led to a leak that damaged our floorboards downstairs. This was within 12 months of purchasing the product. Since then we’ve had a two further issues with the water not draining inside 3 years of owning it. Eurotech has since gone into liquidation and has been taken over by Trade Depot. Ben in the warranties team was very good but sadly couldn’t help me cover the 3rd time faulty dishwasher as they purchased the Eurotech business minus it’s liabilities. This is just bad luck my end and after reading online… dozens of others! Honestly… if you are thinking about purchasing Eurotech products… Don’t and run as fast as you can. They are horrible and cheap and will cause you misery at every stage. This isn’t trade depots fault but if they are selling the same products as they have taken over… Then you can expect more of the same issues happening from their cheap quality. Do yourself the favour and pay a little extra and live a stress free life. The reviews littered online speak for themselves.

Slow expensive shipping with hidden processing fees... Dont order on a Wedsnday or Thursday and expect it to be there by the weekend... They are Slow operators. Pissed me off as shipping is $$$$
