My grief is with Avanti not Shannon. First of all we thought Better finance was the ones financing if we had known earlier that Avanti finance was dealing with our application we would not have agreed with it. The whole processing of the application was a struggle. Even signing the papers at the end, not a user friendly system for the older generation. We then agreed for the payments to start the following week but instead Avanti took out payment the same week we received the car which we did not budget for. Not the best experience, my dad was about to pull the plug on it on Monday when he had to sign the forms online.
