I pay for phone support, however on the rare occasions where it was needed, you always get an answering machine asking to leave a message. No-one EVER picks up a call and then they usually get back to you via email. you basically pay for a service that is not provided.

The Invoicii interface had simple to understand features and was easy to use, the software was very user friendly and met my needs. I 100% would recommend Invoicii to anyone looking for an online invoice software.

I bought MS Office and knew it would be a volume license key, so I knew I was taking a chance at failure. The purchase was secure (as far as I know) and I got an email with my product key and a link to download the product. The link didn't work, but 1 email to the support team and 2 mins later, I was given a working link that installed perfectly AND activated successfully! I know I'd probably never be able to re-use this key if I had to format my PC in future and it's a one-off thing, but I would use this shop to buy another one when/if the time comes. Satisfied with my order.
