Great product at a very good price

Great product at a very good price. Cheapest 22RU rack cabinet I could find in New Zealand. Plus free delivery.

The cabinet was out of stock when I ordered it but only took a little over a month to arrive. All the other accessories I had ordered arrived pretty quick.

I did order over the Christmas/New Year period which did affect communication and shipping times, but that is to be expected.

Great range and competitive pricing

I've been using PBTech for when I need things like patch leads but recently their Dynamix stock levels isn't great. Since 4Cabling has entered into NZ, pricing is competitive and also great range of other network products.

Average service, but great products!!

Never received tracking info till I enquired & chased them up. The shipping company they use has a horrible website, it never provided any info, but magically it arrived a week later. The server rack came pre assembled and I couldn’t be happier. The value for money is incredible compared to most server racks on the market & they also provided free shipping on something that weighed 40 KG’S. So other than average customer service and a horrible tracking service, I will definitely be back for more stuff in the future.

Excellent service

Great price, booked online - rang customer service to confirm I was ordering the correct product. Quick and friendly customer support. They even phoned to check product arrived with no issues. Thanks guys.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a Roll of ethernet cable at the end of 2023, unfortunately due to holiday delays I needed to canncel my order as it was unable to be shipped in time.

None the less my interaction with the sales team was fast and efficient. Tym was awesome to deal with, responding promptly to my enquiry and processing a refund credit impressively promptly.

This has been a very positive interaction, despite not going as I had initially hoped, which I consider to be my bad for not considering the end of year delays in order processing. I will be very confident in ordering from 4Cabling again :)

Freight all wrong

The freight was expensive and you sent a tiny cable on a great big box. Bad form, this alone will put me off buying from you in the future even though everything else was fine.

Power Chord for JBL710

I ordered on-line and requested pick-up. The next day I rung ahead and checked opening hours. On arrival my order was ready and I also requested another if available and it was done....just like that. Friendly service. Worth the drive.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, however I was given a tracking link that did not work, I was then send a new tracking link but not the reference number instead I had to manually type a 20 digit code in to the tracking search bar that I could not copy and paste because it was emailed to me in a screenshot rather than the proper link or a copy and pasteable tracking code
