Conor did an excellent job attending to minor repair works as part of our 2 year snagging process. He minimised disruption to the best of his ability and was respectful of our property. His communication throughout the duration was outstanding, keeping me informed of his progress and time keeping for the day. The quality of his work is also commendable. Had Steve Thomas around today doing some snagging that’s covered under the 2 year, no quibble warranty with Cala Homes. There’s been a few visits to correct some minor faults or adjust doors/windows etc and today was, as all the visits have been. Absolutely perfect. The Cala employed team of maintenance personnel are absolutely brilliant. Every one, particularly Steve today take so much care and pride in the work they do it really shines through in the finished job. They’re a real credit to Cala, nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Thanks very much Steve. 5*’s

Bought a house in bucklers park and I'm very satisfied about the whole experience.

Sale was smooth and the team supportive, the house had only a few snags that were addressed promptly and the post-purchase customer service was spot on.

Kerry who works in customer service has been nothing short of brilliant! Making sure that everything is being completed! Has truly made the last few weeks of pregnancy sooo much easier!

So far we have only dealt with the sales team in the office, Edwina, Sofie, and Maria, they have been very friendly and helpful with everything we have asked of them so far, nothing seems to be too much trouble, and very flexible and accomadating.

Professional, helpful, friendly. Arrived on time, completed work as agreed, left everything tidy. And did it all with a smile and efficency. Thanks guys.

We’re now three months into living in our new-build home in Lancing, and we couldn’t be happier! The whole journey has been so smooth and easy, and the support from the Cala team has been great.

Vickie and Lynn made me feel so welcome and answered all questions I had. They were both incredibly helpful and understanding. It was the most relaxed I’ve felt at a new home appointment this far.

Kerry has been very helpful throughout my experience if I had any queries. She would chase up certain companies if I had been waiting a long time, which really helped. I have had a very positive experience with Cala so far.

Lucy at Finchwood park the meadows made us feel so welcome she couldn’t have been more helpful I had been finding a new home really stressful but suddenly it was a joy, she made the whole experience enjoyable She was so lovely both to my daughter and myself nothing was too much trouble. Cala is very lucky to have staff like this

Chris Denny and Martin Hales visited my property to check and fix a few issues. They were very friendly and professional. Very happy with the service.

Alan did great work doing our final snagging sorting out our minor issues with some plastering and painting. Would recommend fully

I love my new home and the area we live in BUT the after care service provided by CALA is shocking!
We raised an issue in respect of the Fibre Optic Cable Broadband
We tried to move our broadband supplier to HyperOptic, recommended by CALA.
When transferring it was established that the connection on the outside box was not connected.
When it was connected a fault on the internal cabling was picked up.....this must always have been there
Therefore, at the point of sale (our home) the fibre optic cable could never have worked
We have asked CALA for evidence of who signed off that the Fibre Optic cabling worked at point of sale and what they intend to do about repairing it - silence, even though we rasied the issue via an official complaint
