Great experience selling my car through Cars24. The process was straightforward and hassle-free from the initial valuation through to inspection, contract signing, payment and pickup.

Shristi and Mehak were both very helpful throughout the process and kept me updated along the way. I was on a tight schedule as I was leaving Australia, and the team helped coordinate everything so the sale could be completed in time. Payment was received before the vehicle was collected as promised.

Overall, a smooth and convenient experience. Would definitely recommend Cars24 to anyone looking for an easy way to sell their car.

I originally listed my car privately on Carsales, and Tarushi from Cars24 reached out to me. From the beginning, she was professional, friendly and very helpful. She provided a competitive offer and clearly explained the process, which made everything feel straightforward and comfortable.

Cars24 then arranged for Hisham to inspect the car. He was also excellent — professional, respectful and easy to deal with throughout the inspection.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Cars24 paid the initial deposit, I later dropped the car off at their yard, and the remaining payment was processed seamlessly.

A special thanks to Tarushi for her support and coordination throughout the whole process, and also to Hisham for making the inspection experience so easy.

All was going well until the kicker. They wanted to charge me $990 for someone to come and pick up the car from my home. This was about 10% of what they suggested the car was worth. No deal buddy.

Initial offer via chat was $12400. Ended up $11500 with drop of the car in Sydney. Price dropped at each step of the way and lots of excuses like scratches successfully ending up in a low price. A fair bit of hassle calling all the time and needed documents not normally required in a sale but the money was paid in the end...

I had a very good experience dealing with Ansh from Cars 24. The whole process was extremely easy and quick. From the time I decided to take Ansh’s offer, to the time the funds where in my account took less than 24hours. I was happy with the deal and would highly recommend them to anyone selling their car. I was really impressed that they let me cancel my car registration and get it refunded as I had just paid a full year. I don’t think many companies would have told me that.

The company was good to work with regarding communication & did what they say they would do. They paid $200 less than what they offered as they said we can get funds back from canceling registration which is what we did.
It was multiple people we spoke to at each stage of process which they did well but would be good to speak with same person. Overall they were efficient & quick response times. Can’t complain they gave more than other car yards offered & took the stress out of the private sale process.
