Mixed Experience with Car Rental: Good Car, Poor Service
I booked a car from the Central Train Station from 10:00 in the morning until 22:00 at night. I was waiting at the train station, but nobody appeared. I called the office, and they admitted they had forgotten to send someone to pick me up. They arranged and paid for a taxi to take me to their office. I finally got the car around 10:30.
After leaving, I realized they hadn't included the baby car seat I had paid for, so I had to go back and request it. They claimed they didn't have the car seat in the reservation, despite me showing them the confirmation. They eventually provided the car seat but mentioned they would charge me for it. After I refused the charge, they called their boss, who instructed them to give me the car seat and charge me later pending their investigation.
The car itself was fine: new, hybrid, and very economical. However, when I returned the car, nobody was there to pick it up and take me back to the train station, so I had to pay for a taxi to get back.
