Bad aftersales
After using the 1st generation Balzy shaver for almost a year, the motor became less powerful and now the shaver no longer charges. Customer service was informed about this complaint but no response. Balzy has now introduced the successor with a lot of media attention: the shaver 4.0 Apparently the first customers were guinea pigs and Balzy developed an improved version. But what good does that do me now? I'm very disappointed
