The Sales rep Harry was really friendly and informative and the offer we received was a no brainier. The installation process went really smoothly. I dealt with Mark Robert’s, Jack Lunt and Sam Pulford who all worked efficiently, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. If the wifi continues to work well I will be recommending this service to family and friends. Thanks.

The installation from start to finish was great,totally seemless Josh W was our engineer and he was so helpful and professional . He listened to what we wanted and was very respectful When he’d set everything up it was live straight away so he connected all my devices , tv etc. which was very much appreciated. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been great. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer services and support over the weekend. My internet stopped working, remote support tried all fixes but wasn’t able to resolve the issue over the phone so requested an engineer, engineer visited same day and replaced the router that had damaged, likely due to the electricity supply. Was back up and running the same day. Iv moved to Brsk from Virgin, with Virgin I’d have been left days maybe weeks without service.

Neil K did a great job installing our new brsk connection. He was not only professional, getting to work promptly and finishing to a high standard, but also friendly and personable, happy to engage in chat around the technology showing enthusiasm and a deep understanding of the subject!
The speed is exactly what we pay for at 500Mb/s download. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Just had an excellent BRSK installation experience with installer Callum for our home, 114 yrs old and not easy to navigate for such a job. He discussed and agreed the fibre cable route with me, made sure I was happy at each stage of the installation, and explained all I needed to know about our access to the BRSK network. All is fine and in operation.

The engineer who provided the installation, Neil K., was a very professional employee who knew his job very well and left the place spotless at the end of the job and helped until the devices were connected. From now on, I will try it for a while and evaluate it further in the future, how good BRSK broadband is and whether the customer service will do their job well.

Effective response to broadband Failure
I reported that the broadband was down this morning. I got a response from BRSK with in the hour from an actual person who outlined a plan of action, kept me up to date and followed up when things were back on line. I had broadband back within 3 hours having had an engineer on site to fix a cabling problem in the road and replace a piece of equipment at my home. Its really painful when the broadband fails but BRSK made it as painless as possible.

I have had a great experience with Brsk, Neil.k ensured he worked to my time schedule, installed it where I wanted, and every stage has been a far quicker set up compared to other providers I’ve been with, all staff have been very polite and made contact easy if needed. So Brsk has be very easy to communicate with unlike some providers with generic robotic systems and to top it off I got one of the best prices with faster speeds.

What an unbelievable service BRSK offer. The best broadband service we have ever had. Unfortunately, we have moved house and it isn't running in our new area. Had a positive experience of brsk until, like many companies, you have to contact support. Support is almost none existent. You have to start over every time you contact them. The agents are clueless and do not help. Engineer didn't show up. No one knows anything about it, basically have to start again.

Its two year contracts are competitively priced with no mid-term price increases. In my case, installation was offered from the following day. The engineer (Bilal) was very prompt, courteous and efficient at his job. The whole instillation was done within the hour. To date, the connection has been reliable with low latency and to the advertised speed.
