Straightforward but hard credit check
Whilst the process was straightforward it wasn’t quick and a hard credit check was carried out. I have used a similar service which used a soft check and completed the application whilst I waited. Having said that I completed the process in less than 30 minutes which isn’t bad.

We initially carry out a soft credit search as part of our affordability and creditworthiness assessment. A hard search is then recorded if the loan is approved and activated. Other providers may use different assessment methods, and we aim to make our credit-check process clear before an application is submitted.

The service was quick and decision…
The service was quick and decision process was painless, however I had been instructed to apply 4 months earlier then re apply 3 days before the purchase date causing a lot of un necessary stress. I would like to think that you can tighten up application expiry dates meaning it should only have been applied for once. Much easier for all concerned. Apart from
that I was satisfied with the product.

Hi, we're currently investigating your concerns but we do believe this may be a misunderstanding, our applications have a 90 day validity which is directly linked to the credit search validity BUT we do have the ability to re-activate expired applications but its possible the business partner did not request this

Incredible customer service
During the term of my loan I took ill and was not able to afford payments for a period.
Buyline were incredibly helpful in working with me over this difficult period to find solutions and manage the situation.
In comparison to many other lenders I found that they not only provided the support required by the regulations that lenders follow but also that they follow the spirit of why the regulations are in place and really showed an incredible empathy in their support.
Strongly recommend.
