Everyone I’ve spoke with has been very helpful and supportive. They took me step by step explaining what I needed to do. Now I feel more at ease about my debt knowing it is being taken care of in the best possible way. Beware !
Be VERY careful when responding to one of this company's mailers..... deceptively soliciting your business by offering loans to consolidate high interest debt......
They are a debt restructuring entity who will take over your debt, allowing it to go 90 to 120 days past due in order to compell your creditors to negotiate on your behalf...... all the while claiming it will have no impact on your credit. What BS !!! Of course such delinquency will have an adverse impact on your credit score... duh !
While you are waiting for them to destroy your credit for you, they force you to pay them a monthly amount for the supposed "loan" they are giving you at a low interest rate in order to pay off your creditors !
Dont fall for these predatory and deceptive business practices.

I did not receive the email with the information I requested. First I need the email address where I should send the negotiations I have received. Secondly, I asked for the fees to be canceled and she said she would do that and send me the email and I didn't receive anything.
