My wife and I visited Edinburg on October 24, 2024 for 3 days on a Tourist Visa. We safely reached Qatar on October 27, 2024 night with great memories except for the M/s Greenmotion experience.
During this period, I've booked a rent-a-car from M/s Greenmotion through my "Booking.com" account.
We were tired after the journey, and keeping my trust in M/s Greenmotion, I took possession of my rent-a-car. Their representative did not come outside for a joint inspection. The car was dirty from the outside and was in Basement level 3 with minimum light.
I drove the car carefully, using my 30 years of experience in various countries. When I returned the car, they inspected it thoroughly, found multiple minor damages (which were already there), and forcefully implemented high damage charges of GBP1,195.48 on my shoulder.
We needed to catch our flight, and I argued with their representative, but they were not listening.
Later I did email correspondences. Please refer to the series of trail emails, and I beg justice from you to get my refund of GBP1,195.48.
