Joule was communicative, personable, and helpful. My exam was originally scheduled for 2pm and I received a text to inform me that I could arrive and take the exam earlier. I did so and was kindly walked through the testing process and the rules of the exam center. Overall I had no issues or objections and would use the testing center again in the future.

I’ve been going to this place since 2023 when I started my WGU bachelors journey. I love the atmosphere, the proctors, everything. Since then, I obtain my security plus, my network plus, my A+, My AWS cloud practitioner, Azure cloud and security; All these obtained through this lovely testing center.

I only have great things to say about this place. I loved how organized, patient, and helpful they were and I appreciated the calming environment they provided when taking the exam. My proctor for that day was also very helpful, affirming me and other test takers that they would do well.

Very nice and courteous proctor. The site was clean and air conditioned. Instructions were clear and thorough. Overall had a great experience with Joule. He has such a great attitude. I’d love to come back.

The testing center was very easy to get to. Parking lot on the side is limited but there is also plenty of street parking. The staff was very kind and helpful and I had no problems taking my test there. I got an email in the morning stating I could come in earlier to take the exam which really helped me out with my work schedule. I recommend this facility for your testing needs.

Great testing place - everything was neat and organized. Test proctor told me everything i needed to know - showed me my seat and I took my test in a fast manner! I will be coming back for my next test!
