My first time ordering as a new boutique owner. I had a great experience shopping at Faire. What I loved most was being able to shop with multiple vendors in one location. I also loved how many options are offered all at your fingertips.

I like having a site with many choices of wholesalers all in one place. Faire made it easier to link me up with companies and had great communication with me after my purchases.

Beware purchasing from this company. The clothes are of inferior material, badly fit and to add insult to injury you have to wait weeks and weeks for the goods to arrive. The Faire London name is deceitful and misleading - the clothes come from China and the returns process is made intentionally difficult. You are palmed off with various delayed emails offering you discounts to keep the goods when you have already explained that the quality did not meet expectations, the clothes did not fit and the delivery time was far, far too late. Eventually you are sent a returns form with the address being in China for which you are expected to pay postage.

I have made a few purchases on Faire and every time I have its been a pleasure. The sellers are always fab with their communication, and the products are delivered in a timely fashion. I have recently purchased from Sweet William and Ally Glass Studio and I have to say they are so nice to deal with and what lovely products! I highly recommend Faire ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When small businesses don’t honor their shipping dates and you have to initiate getting your items shipped, all it takes is one or two businesses to ruin it for Faire. I will never order again from Faire, it’s been a crapshow, I’m done!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
I ordered 20 fillable advent calendars. They then contacted me by email asking us to confirm our business address.
I did this with a utility bill as requested.
They then asked for a receipt for our website which I sent. We had a professional website built for us at considerable cost.
We have trade accounts with various other wholesalers for our onsite shop.
They the came back and said we were a home based seller.
We have a commercial unit and employ 7 members of staff so most definitely not home based.
They have Cancelled my order but didn’t mention when the refund would be made.
My advise is to avoid. Their verification process is ridiculous.
I found a lovely company that was happy to take our order and work with us moving forward.

I had trouble uploading pictures of my on line business but finally got it & they were patient with me. Then my credit card got got flagged for a strange transaction….. obviously my order but I got it all straightened out & my order arrived.
Patience is not my virtue but they were with me !
