Best Experience

Edith A. Greeted me right away in the Decatur store. She was polite and very patient with me and the many questions I had. She was able to get the insurance that fit my budget although she is still learning She helped me with outstanding customer service support even assisted with signing my documents. She engaged with conversations throughout the whole process that was quick and a pleasure. Thank you Edith for making this experience a very pleasant one.

Insurance done easy

Deanna M. was my rep from start to finish and made my experience easy and convenient. She took the time to explain to me what my options were and very kind through the whole process. Insurance isn’t the most fun of tasks so I’m super grateful for reps like Deanna who just know how to take care of it for you.

Poor Service and Unethical Practices

I purchased auto insurance through Freeway Insurance and encountered numerous issues. My name was spelled incorrectly on the policy, and my wife was not included despite me providing all necessary documents. I ended up with minimal coverage at an inflated price. The broker charged a high fee of $450 but delivered subpar service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, I received no refund at all. I do not recommend this company.

I do not recommend anyone to buy…

I do not recommend anyone to buy insurance from Freeway. They are very expensive, the TV advert is misleading, they are not cheap, they are much more expensive than other competitors. On the other hand, if you ask to cancel, they manage to charge you, even after you cancel the coverage. I do not recommend Freeway.
Actually, the real culprit is United Automobile Insurance Company (UAIC), Freeway is partially to blame for my loss of 185 dollars. My policy number with them was: UAO 533719, I don't want many calls and conversations, I want to get rid of those who spare no effort to make money no matter what.

Excellent job , by an Amazing young lady!!!
