Great Website

Have used for a while now. Great and straightforward website; very clear in directions and UI. I have not encountered any required signups or any of that nonsense which I love and why I keep returning to this site and not others.

I subscribed to this website

I subscribed to this website, used it once, and a month later, I was automatically charged for renewal. I noticed this almost immediately and within five minutes of the charge, I contacted support asking for a cancellation and refund!!! So, I didn't even have time to use the service.

Then silence. They deliberately ignored me for five days, completely ignoring me, not a single response! Today, I finally received a letter: refund rejected because "you agreed to the subscription terms." And in those five days, no one even attempted to sort out the situation—just a formal reply with a link to the Terms of Use. Where have you ever seen such rudeness? These guys are trying to scam you!!!

If you're in a similar situation, save the correspondence and contact your bank for a chargeback, because it seems like it's not that easy to get justice from the company itself. I don't recommend this company to anyone!!!
