My account locked

My account locked, they want to steal my money, because they claims they haven't received a payment from 10th July!
The money is deducted from my bank account - I have provided Jeton with the information and my statement I got from my bank - shows my name - my account - my bank's name - the transaction ammount and the transaction number!
This is NOT good enough for Jeton - who still lies to my face and tell me that they haven't received the money! They can't control their own transactions - is NOT my fault and my business! I hate CONEMEN! Stay away!

Best Customer Service

The customer service so far are the best I've experienced. They are just perfect for the work and they deserve to be applauded. Jeton Wallet as a whole is security sensitive so far with my experience. They really know what they are doing.

Very bad

Very bad, high limits AF on everything. when i had 75 euros it showed me crypto min withdrawal 250€, when i added more it started to increase. I doubt its even possible to withdraw. I rather went to lose it to casino when i noticed this joke. Scam, thieves, stallers

This is a scam product

This is a scam product. The outside clearly states that it can be used as a payment method for purchases. But when adding money to the wallet, Jenton forces users to invest, bet, and gamble. Also cannot pay for any purchases. I deposited 500 USD, I also followed the instructions and lost only 270 USD, but they thought there were enough reasons for me not to be able to withdraw my money. This is a scam application, everyone must be careful

Money stealing site! Dont deposit here!

I wholeheartedly recommend never creating an account here. They simply STOLE my PLN 4,600. In other companies, in such situations, the money is transferred to an external bank account. In Jeton they simply steal your money. I do not recommend opening an account here, because in the event of, for example, a BLIK payment, they will block your funds and ask for personal data of strangers, which is an absurd situation.

I tried withdrawing,

I tried withdrawing,
I wanted to verify my acct but they were asking for national Id card
In my country they only provide the virtual one which can be printed out
The plastic card is unavailable

But anytime I tried uploading the virtual one,it leads to an error
Am so tired of frustrated because having a money u cannot withdraw is painful
I have re-uploaded my documents
and I hope they accept it

Deposits Lost

I made a deposit which still hasn't arrived in the wallet, even though it's been 18 days. Support says that the matter will be taken care of quickly, but still nothing happens. All proofs posted of payment posted. I don't recommend to anyone

JETON WALLET is a SCAM

It is a scam! No welcome bonuses paid and you can never leave (withdraw your money)!

Sort of Hotel California

PS Even after Jeton informed me to contact them (see their answer below) still no solution. Without gambling first with your own money it is not allowed to withdraw funds back to your bank account! DO NOT OPEN A JETON WALLET ACCOUNT OR BUY A JETON CASH CARD or you will be scammed and lose your money!

And by the way the Visa creditcard they offer? "Sorry it is temporarily impossible to get". I have waited patiently for weeks never received it and probably they did never intend to send it (because then you could spend the money and get it useful that way instead of gambling with it because the force you to).

JETON is located and under juridiction of an idyllic Caribbean island and does not fall under UK oversight regulatorily. So be careful.

I lost more than 109 euros due to my…

I lost more than 109 euros due to my oversight and the exchange from euro to gbp, which should never have happened. I described the entire situation with arguments to recover compensation. You can forget about recovering unfortunate losses. Jeton Wallet preys on human errors and usurious currency exchanges. It's probably time to give up their services. To be clear - I was their regular customer.

Do not fulfil questionnaire from jeton site... 5 euro bonus unavailable to use in most jeton partners :) Jeton as wallet is ok but jeton bonus sucks... Jeton you can give this bonus from me to support Ukraina... because this is is a joke... impossible to use in 99% jeton partners xD only in 2 casinos xD customers, dont waste u time for jeton questionnaire ;) this questionnaire is a trap... useless...

Great service!

I am realy satisfied with their service, i dont understand how there are so many people dissatisfied with what they offer, propably there is a mistake , and you should try to solve it, i use their service i believe since august 2022 and i had no issues that werent resolved in understandable timeframe.

One of the worst blockchain/ crypto related service providers in CRM, processes and performance quality.
Need to provide lots of information not only for just Phone Change request but also for Account Closure!
Your emails will be replied by Jeton sensless and be taking care like robots!

Excellent Sofia

I have three days trying to withdraw money from my broker account to my jeton account. I have spoken with different operators from both, broker and jeton. Sofia from Jeton has been the only operator that has given me a possible solution to the problem, derived from my middle name that appears in jeton and not in the broker. I don't know if it can be solved but I consider the idea brilliant
