The final product was excellent. My rep, Daniel, was relentless about staying in touch with me. He replied with all the information I asked for immediately. The design was impeccably done. And it was a difficult one on top of that. The product was delivered on time. Will order again.

Wow!! OXO made custom boxes with custom foam inserts, plus custom product boxes, for one of our clients. They turned out GORGEOUS!! Our client was beyond happy with the result and so were we! Zack McKenzie was my packaging specialist agent. He was extremely responsive, was always on top of my design process, and even reached out to me even before I even had the time to do so. He was patient throughout the process, as it took me a long time to get the final design ready to my liking. Even after delivery he checked on me to see if I had any feedback and to make sure I was happy with the final product.

Brian Jackson is the best customer service rep. He's quick to reply and works with us to be on budget. I'll always come to him first for custom packaging supplies.

Daniel White provided us with quick responses and strong communication. OXO is very thorough with multiple design confirmations before production to ensure your finished product is just how you want it to be. Lots of pictures and videos of our product were sent to us before it arrived too! OXO has flexible shipping options that allowed us to receive our good-quality boxes before a deadline and made the process less stressful.
