These people will not pay. As soon as you win they will give you a run a round They will ask for a screen shot of deposit when u try to give it to them, there will be no trace of it ever deposited. After winning you ask to withdraw, they give back deposit that way they can't pay u.

When I first started playing, I was receiving my redemptions within 12hours the further along. I got the slower the redemptions came. I recently quit playing because my last 13. Redemptions are still waiting to be reviewed totaling $550. No one will answer messages or emails Or anything and now I can't even find the platform to download because I had to change phones. I loved playing LuckyLegends, would win chump change and they would pay out fast to my paypal account. Now that I have won 2846.14, it has been under review for days and still not paid out and I have contacted their customer service and their support email with screen shots and asking questions with no response. I am beginning to wonder if it will ever be paid out.

Well the first time I won $25 it got paid the same day. So I kept playing winning $100, $100, and $50 all in a row within 2 days. Since then I haven't gotten a dime of that it's been over a week and said it is being re-reviewed? Oh and they have stopped responding to me now completely. after checking on a withdrawal for about a month the chat agent informed me it would be denied because I used cashback in between the two free chips?!?!?!? even though the free chips stated they could have a cash back amount given. i still have not been officially notified and this reasoning seems to just be another excuse not to payout the $500 won. They first said they couldn’t give through a check and asked for my BTC wallet info, only to be told about being denied weeks later with no further explanation. save your money and dont use this site!!!!!!

Don’t play lucky legends casino. I’ve been waiting over two months for three cashouts for a total of only $42.00. I haven’t invested in this game yet for this very reason. I am told the payouts are now sent back for a second review without being denied the first time, just not paid. The owners of this app just want your money and your personal info ( DL with address including bar code on back) I would assume for the purpose of identity theft.

Its already over the time Frame total waiting time over a month, the lame Excuse now too many request withdraw , they have no problem with too many deposite , its really frustating playing in this caSino .
Watch out they eve addvertise fast pay out using Coindraw but once you win some winning they will down grade you bellow Vip level so you cannot withdraw using coindraw and the onlything option using regular BTC which more than a minths so far .
Basically they dont want you to win , once you have some winning they will use so many excuse to downgrade and to postpone your withdrawl. Really dissapointed

The games and graphics are great. However, don't think they will pay out any money. I've been jumping through hoops and red tape trying desperately to get my $250 withdrawal. Don't change your address and expect to get paid. Your proof of address like DL has to match the address you signed up in the casino with. And if you don't have utility bills in your name, you better have a rental agreement. Even if you go into chat and the person helping you tells you that you can use an alternative method of address don't listen because that's a lie. Because when you go back into check on the status of the update they will tell you that the finance company will only allow a utility bill or rental agreement strictly. So yeah they give you the runaround red tape and lie to you to keep your money. Don't play in this casino.

Okay I won $300 on the 13th of August 2024 I am not received it to this day but on the 14th of August I redeemed $40 which was paid out to me on the 14th look like 10 hours but they yet pay me my 300 I will post a picture of customer service stating that it has been reviewed and has been sent to a third party and will be deposited in my PayPal account very soon now as of today I can't get one person to answer me I can't even give them get them to just put it back on my game and let me just play it I've tried everything with these people I will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau and I am going to get a hold of The Game Commission and find out what can be done do not I say do not play this casino and I have looked up the reviews for this casino that are in the positive and they are fake people they are not real people

I won 600.00 on Flaming Chili’s on July the 3 rd and still waiting on review. I have sent several messages all I get is response from AI. No one has answered me . I even ask them to cancel my redemption still no response. I would not spend a dime with them because when you when they will not pay. That’s how is been for me. Not one person has responded to me and I message them everyday.

I’ve been waiting on my redemption for 2 months. It says it is still under review. Customer service responded a couple of times at first stating it was being reviewed and all redemptions are reviewed personally so it would take some time. They have stopped responding to my inquiries all together now.
