Execellent service from start to finish, listed our car on Saturday sold on Sunday, and collected by buyer on Monday. The company sorted all paper on site& paid agreed amount there and then! Surprised how well everything went in 3 days! Excellent!!

App is not the best as was not updating to the price but got their in the end. Bidding when fine and auction ended quite a bit the 'guide' price which is not down to motorway but the dealers bidding. offer accepted, dealer cam down and was a nightmare!! Haggling over everything, the mileage was clear and the full service history etc, Dealer says service overdue which is clearly not, now says engine is knocking which is't not, then wants to cut the price by £2000 (car was only £11000). Grabs the keys want to close the deal on reduced price. All images were shown correct, there was nothing undisclosed on the listing. Terrible experience. I called motorway to tell them of this and the things all made up etc, they said nothing and did nothing. What a waste of time. Motorway called and tried to push me into the next auction again but as soon as i declined and wanted to raise a complaint, call was ended and not interested.

WeBuyAnyCar then gave a guaranteed price which was £1500 higher then the Motorway price. so went there and no drama. No follow up on my complaint

Good and safe way to sell a car.

The highest offer I received from a dealer was over £2k less than Motorway’s valuation of £10k. If this is how they operate then it is a waste of time. At least the other site (that buys any car) makes an offer and sticks to it, providing you are honest about the condition.

Initial value might have been higher than reality, but good process, worked smoothly. Money in my account very quickly.

Motorway offers a wonderfully streamlined workflow for selling a car. The seller gets to list all known issues with the vehicle and the buyer can bid accordingly. That enables total transparency throughout the process. I just sold my Honda Jazz today and am very pleased with the price I received. Thanks to everyone along the way. But all fine when arranged

Motorway themselves provided an efficient service to successfully sell my car promptly. The only issue was the dealer collection team tried very hard to reduce the agreed price by saying there may be an engine problem that did not exist. I had to stand my ground to get payment in full for the agreed price.

Very professional and good communication

My experience with Motorway went as smooth as it could. They are very helpful very understanding and have lots of patience so thank you so much for your help and patience.

It was made so simple using Motorway. Otherwise I would have been messing around to entertain a buyer.
The only downside is the selling price offered, was never met. I just knew it the dealers try to offer a higher price to eliminate other buyers. Even though I took pictures as requested and pointed out genuinely any scuff marks and damage on the vehicle.
On collection of the vehicle the collector examined the vehicle trying to find extra defects for his boss. Who then offered a lower price as a take it or leave it.
This gave me little choice but to accept a lower price.
This needs to be looked at. It could give Motorway a bad reputation
