I was extremely happy with the price of the battery. but was unaware it didn't come with a charger & they use FedEx for delivery which means it goes for days without being updated in tracking so there are days where you go un told about where the package is . other than these 2 downfalls all was 100% JohnnyRoXtar of Johnny & Tha RoXtars
I ordered 1 Fashion bike but got 2 and had to pay for it. I bought the Ox for my 5th nakto electric bike. This bike was wrecked by a forklift and couldn't get a replacement. So what do you think my experience was?

I am vacillating between 3 and 4. My Nakto experience has been good but I have found the website to be completely confusing. Upon ordering what I was shown as the proper controller I ordered it only to find out that it was the wrong controller. Thanks to Bella and Linda in customer service for steering me to the right part. The ensuing problem is that I had to pay return shipping and now I must pay a 20% restocking fee. Totally wrong in my mind. The webpage led me to the selection of the parts and that was the wrong part. Secondly, the correct part looked like it was used and abused. Now I have been assured that it is a result of being shipped and banging around in the box but I question this it looks like it was handled by a pack animal. The end result is for me to return it and face a shipping payment and restocking fee or keep the part and they will grant me a $10 gift. As customer service said " As an employee, I need to comply with all the company's policies and regulations. Hope you could understand". I opted for the $10 and am keeping the part. In the end customer service was great, the website is not at all great but I really love my bike, Super Cruiser, I can finally ride again and my knees can take it. Thanks

I have a 2020-2021 super cruiser and I ordered a 500 w replacement wheel for it. The axle on the new wheel is small and shorter than my original one. I have tried to contact someone about this but it goes nowhere. I can’t even talk to a technician about it. Very disappointing customer support and service.

Shipping: they charge for it and it's not timely. Be prepared to wait a while for replacement parts. Can be more costly than the part. Accuracy: I ordered a controller and received a kickstand! Customer Service: Spotty. People returned calls days later. Emails were relatively prompt. Having to leave messages when no custmer support available is a pain in the ....... Timeliness :Still waiting on a controller

I bought the Folding Ox because it siad good for 4'11 up but I am 5'1 and it is still to tall with the seat all the way down . It's a great bike but I still had to buy another one I should have sent it back but keep it for friens and family to ride I also have the Pony but wanted a more powerfull bike I rode it for 3 years and loved it I like to be able to touch the ground at least half of my foot rather flat footed. Well made bikes just the ox was too tall

They help me with every question. No matter how hard they were unfortunately, I couldn't get apart without buying a more expensive part, but that's okay, that's business. The people were very, very helpful.
I purchased Nakto eBikes for Burning Man last year, and they were a game-changer! Stylish, reliable, and perfect for the dusty playa. These eBikes made the festival unforgettable. Highly recommend!
I already own a camel stepthrough and I absolutely love it, so I saw the city stroller and knew I had to have it. I absolutely love it as well. They are easy to finish the assembly, good looking, and so much fun! I am a senior (64), they offer me the exercise I need without the pain I have experienced with other forms of exercise. Bike works great, the battery that came with the bike doesn't properly work. It does halfway through it's life and doesn't even last an hour. I've been stuck using my old battery from my old bike, on my new bike. Customer support was and is amazing, they're shipping me a new battery right away!!

Half a month ago I met a friend of a friend who was riding a Nakto Ebikes. He let me take it down the street and back and I was hooked!! The next day I ordered the Nakto and I could not be more ecstatic with the performance. This is my first ever E bike and the power and stability is off the charts good. I am 63 years old male and in excellent shape and it’s a great way to continue my physical activities. I did not even look around the other companies before making this purchase - subsequent to buying my electric bike. I did look at other companies and I am convinced that Nakto Ebikes is the BEST on the market for the money and quality. This is a fantastic made in USA product and I fully recommend this outstanding company Nakto Ebikes. I have already talked to two of my friends about this and they intend to purchase one.
Update: Natko has reached out and resolved the issue. So far bike is working great and we are happy with the product.
Our bike does not work. It has a faulty battery and we have not been able to get customer service to contact us to resolve this. Made several attempts via message, email, and phone.

Needs additional adjustments …going cost 300 dollars or more to work on tire adjustments ….plus half stuff loose on bike was not put together had to use a tourque wrench to tight seat it wants to fall back all the time. My husband says it’s a piece of junk…he’s got a 4000 dollar bike.
