Javon was great!

Javon was able to get my loss of internet solved with the assistance of his superior. It was great because it is 10/31 with bills to be paid and need to check finances. It took a bit of time but with patience on both sides the issue is completely resolved. Love the jazz music while I waited. Thanks!

We had a connection issue with our…

We had a connection issue with our Starry modem router. My initial call was a little bit frustrating however tech-support was able to someone out the same day. Junior arrived and fixed the problem and was helpful and assisting us with some additional set up questions. He saved the day. Thanks, Junior!

Resolved my connection issue

My router wasn't connecting to the internet so I had to get a technician in. Junior came early and had to replace some parts and got me connected as soon as he could. He also ensured the connection was strong.

Perfect service by Louie

Perfect service. My new apartment was recently renovated and they had closed out the entry points for the cables. Louie went above and beyond, drilling holes and making sure everything looked clean once it was done.

Prompt, professional and effective

The "Starry Link" piece of equipment died without warning late one afternoon. One call handled by Jonathan resulted in a service visit by Euri early the next morning. The equipment was replaced within 5 minutes and we were back up and running. I have never experienced this level and quality of service while a customer of the national internet companies. Very satisfied. And my WiFi is blazing fast.

I recently had the pleasure of setting up Starry Internet in my home, and I must say the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Starry Internet has not only impressed me with its performance, but the installation process, led by their technician Louie, was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment Louie arrived, his professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately stood out. He showed up right on time, which is rare these days, and was well-prepared with everything needed to get the job done efficiently. Louie took the time to walk me through the process step-by-step, making sure I was comfortable with how the installation would unfold. He carefully listened to my questions and concerns, offering clear and concise answers that gave me full confidence in his expertise.

What really stood out was Louie attention to detail and genuine desire to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He wasn’t just rushing to get the job done—he took the time to test the signal strength in multiple areas of my home to ensure I’d get the best possible coverage everywhere. His patience and care made all the difference, as he was willing to troubleshoot minor issues along the way, making adjustments until everything worked flawlessly.

Louie also gave me a comprehensive overview of the Starry service, showing me how to manage my account through the app and adjust my network settings with ease. He even went beyond the basics, offering helpful tips on optimizing device connections and ensuring everything was secure. The Internet service and itself is extremely fast and super easy to navigate would 100% recommend.

Outage …

My wifi was off I reached out to Starry and Jessica Z. was very professional helping me to figure out what was wrong. Turns out there was an outage. She kept me informed thru out the 2 hour plus outage!!

Great Installer

Julius got here pretty quick in the window and installed the internet really really quickly. I had an old router from previous company here and he neatly wrapped it up which was kind. He gave me all the information I needed, was super efficient and friendly.

Junior Santana was very nice and on time and was efficient very explanatory with equipment gave a great breakdown of how equipment and how internet services will work and stayed ensured that equipment and service was connected on all devices before exiting my residence which I greatly appreciated!! They have a restore called…

They have a restore called “appointments” in the app. Which is different then the button that request a call from them. They’re the same freaking button, I tried to “schedule” a call but no matter what you put in the notes like “please call me tomorrow at 10am I am having a connection issue”. They call immediately. The schedule a call service is crap. And they took 3+ hours to call when requesting a regular call.
