Excellent customer service, great products
We have loads of Robert Welch products throughout the house, incuding 3 pairs of their scissors, which are really sharp. One recently however started to blunt a little. I contacted RW customer services and was helped by Dani. Dani was very quick and responsive, and honoured their 25 year guarantee without question or loads of hoops to jump through. I really appreciate great customer service and the team at RW are a prime example.
