Made an order (was a big discounted price) on an 5 x 3m pergola and I was told I would have to wait over 6 weeks which I said was fine. When 6 weeks came, they told me they can’t fulfil my order as they couldn’t fit the pergola on their shipment. I told them I’m happy to wait 6 months for my order as I would like to lock in the price I paid. They didn’t respond and paid my refund. They didn’t want to honour the discounted price I paid on the website. (I even called them to make sure they can fulfil my order before I made the original order). I’m not a happy customer. Don’t discount your items if you don’t want to honour the purchase.

Spent $5.5K on blinds for whole house. Had to send a few back (twice) because of poor operation. After the recent return the ones they sent are as bad as the previous ones. You get what you pay for.
