The staff was polite, friendly and provided clear explanations of the steps in the process. I would say the communication with the phone and emails prior to my appointment was a bit strained. Mostly because it is a national phone number that gets routed to the local branch. It would be helpful to just get the direct phone number to the local office.

Joshua, along with Jon made our experience a Great one with the Company. Jon was my first contact, but other responsibilities prevented him from following up with us and then came Joshua. Joshua came our home and completed all items necessary for the selling of our car. Did a great job in explaining the entire process and was very Professional in all of his dealings with us. He is a Great people person, and recommend him highly for meeting and representing the We Buy Any Car Company values. My car broke down the same week I had paid it off and was in the process of moving. I chose to sell because I no longer needed it at my new residence. The team at WeBuyAnyCar was patient and helpful in walking me through the necessary steps to sell and remove the vehicle from in front of my old residence as quickly as possible. The entire experience was very positive. Nick, the manager, was professional, friendly, and competent. He kept us informed at each step, gave us all information about our car that he had gathered, and explained the reasoning behind the price offered. We left very satisfied and have already told several friends of this option for selling their car.
And, the killer fish in the aquarium, was a real plus!

Was super easy, made the appointment 15 mins before I drove over. We filled out some paperwork, the tech did the inspection and we had an offer within a couple of minutes. I probably could have sold it outright for more money but that would have required a lot of time that I'd rather spend doing something else. In my opinion not worth the extra work for a little bit of extra money.

This was an easy process, I worked with Nick the manager. The process was straightforward Nick inspected and test-drove the car once we agreed the paperwork was completed and the check received. I would say if you are looking to sell your vehicle without any hassle go and see Nick or any of his staff you won't be disappointed.
