Amazing GUS

Amazing! Gus was so fast and considerate. His communications skills were exceptional. I have yet to have had a support agent tell me exactly what they were doing when and why and what to expect during the waiting process. This is soooo very helpful especially in a stressful situation. He eased my concerns and made me feel that someone was taking care of my big problem. Well done Gus - every employer should have a team member like you!

Superfixers!

I've gotten help from WP FIX IT several times over the past 4 years or so, and every agent of this company has just been SO impressive! Just now, Samantha fixed an issue in 15 minutes that my host did not come close to fixing in hours!!! So professional, so sweet, so knowledgeable, so quick, I truly believe there is nothing they cannot fix. I am stepping into their hosting plan as soon as I possibly can!

Fast, efficient

Fast, efficient. It ended up being a very simple solution. Before contacting WP FIX IT, I spoke to the theme's tech support staff. I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes, was told all kinds of things I should do to handle the problem, but it never got resolved.

Rude and Dismissive

If you have a Wordpress.com, website, DO NOT waste your time. They have no patience for you. Every time I made a request, they responded by telling me that I should just get Wordpress.org instead. Absolutely nothing got done and they refused to give me my money back. Choose someone else to help you.

5 stars, non-techy small business owners need WP fix it!

Saved the day again! I am a small business owner, I do my best with my website but when something goes wrong WP fix it helps me every time. They are patient and understanding, they take time to listen and fix my issues right away. I couldn't think of any company who would deliver the service that WP Fix It does - they are so fast and so efficient. I purchased the Site Fix monthly, and the Support Specialist Gus resolved my WooCommerce issue/Cart Crash in less than 30 minutes. They deliver what they promised in terms of turn-around time, expertise and efficiency. The only thing that I learned here is that I should have contacted them sooner. As they save me so much time. Now I am glad I have the peace of mind that I can contact them in case of any site issues. Great value for money, and Gus, thanks a lot, you're awesome!

We’re not used to this kind of 5 Star service in WordPress world!

We needed to figure out why a hook in the functions.php file that removes “Previous Post” and “Next Post” on the bottom of individual posts suddenly stopped working after Astra’s latest update. Landen not only fixed it, but fixed it the RIGHT way by using CSS instead of editing the functions.php file so that we won’t have to do this every time the Astra theme updates. We’re not used to this kind of 5 Star service in WordPress world, but we’re now major fans of WPFixIt and WILL be using them again. – Glenn Shepard, Glenn Shepard Seminars, Nashville, Tennessee

Client Site HACKED!

We had a client site get hacked during the early morning hours. When I woke up, I saw the email from the host alerting me to the situation. I immediately contacted WPFIXIT and they had the malware removed and the site restored in less than an hour. Due to their expedient response, my clients' site was up and running smoothly before they got into the office. Thank you, WPFIXIT!

Prompt and Positive Experience

Proactive and professional.

Wpfixit.com is proactive, intense, committed and operates with integrity. They only offer chat and email support, which I was a little worried about at first, but they did everything right, fixed my problems and restored my peace of mind about my business website and fixed the security/malware issues in about 5 hours. The problems had plagued my site for months and I tried Bluehost first, but was very disappointed in their lack of follow-through and professionalism. That's when I tried wpfixit.com and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend them.

Great Fast Service That Actually Worked!

Put in a website speed enhancement ticket in rather early in the day and within an hour I went from a D to an A on the speed test of Gmetrix. Fred immediately got to work, communicated well and did what needed to be done!
