I contacted Modstorm on 9/4 regarding…
I contacted Modstorm on 9/4 regarding an issue with the installation, and the problem is still not resolved to this day.
It has now been over 3 months. I have sent more than 5 emails, including to the VVS company that installed the pump. I only received two initial replies saying the issue would be prioritised, but since then there has been no real progress or solution.
I am still waiting for the promised report and the completion of the work, including the proper connection of the pump. The issue is still open and unresolved.
In the meantime, this ongoing issue is causing me monthly financial losses, and the lack of clear communication or a timeline is very disappointing.
