Revolut presently second to none, you are doing great 👍 👌

Know matters what's the problem maybe the customers services will handle it with ease
They will listen to your chat, and solve the problem for you, and that's what we need to be attended to,it's gives us confidence
So Revolut is doing well for now, I pray they increase in more wisdom and more knowledge for understanding

So far I am so pleased with this bank

So far I am so pleased with this bank. I’ve been using my account to store my money “out of sight out of mind” for things like Dental costs, a few ‘bills’ like AfterPay repayments and my gym membership.
The rewards for signing friends up is a great initiative as well. My mum has jumped on board so far and one of my sisters has started the process.
Another big plus factor is there’s also the option for a once off disposable card so if you’re someone who shops at sites that seem sketchy then that’s a very nice safety net to not lose more money that necessary.
I’d definitely recommend signing up, just give it a go. ☺️

I do like the platinum card perks

I do like the platinum card perks . I don’t like the way Revolut Buizness app „crushed” for me afrer setting it up for so long and uploading all the requaired docs . So I run the company thru the „normal” bank account instead off s Revolut Buizness account .

Very happy and impressed with…

Very happy and impressed with everything so far. It's an adjustment to understand that there is no direct contact to a human for discussion but having adapted to that I am so far very happy. When I lost my card to replacement system was simple and immediate. I love my access to interest bearing accounts, in both Euros and pounds, as I live in Europe but have financial commitments in the UK.

Nothing to complain of so far...

Nothing to complain of so far (after a few years)!

Great to use overseas for small currency exchange transactions, and here in UK for payments to and from friends.

Don't use Premium features as don't think any of them are necessary.

Made a small amount in referrals too, which is nice :-)

First feelings…

I thought Revolut would be the perfect bank to travel. It offers facilités to avoir the cost of change when traveling out of Européen communiste and that's great.
For my next travel I plan to buy a car and with Revolut it becomes quite easy to pay fastly for a used car.
I just regret a lack of informationsb of tutorials, about all the possibilities it offers and how to use them.
In case of the need of some help you need to know enough english...
For the moment I'm happy to have Revolut as my second bank, mainly to travel. It' fast to become a new customer and to have a credit card.

Since joining the Revolut family, managing currencies for travel is now so easy. Switching from one currency to another is instant with great rates. Paying friends, bills and family especially those abroad is now so easy. Well done Revolut.

My experience with Revolut in the last…

My experience with Revolut in the last years that I’m using it is absolutely amazing. Everything I need related to my money management is here and is easy it use. I like the budget and statistic features. Also I really like the possibility of investing in stocks and crypto. Joint account is also something that we use with my life which is helping us a lot.

It’s a great app, you have the control and flexibility in your account, I’ve used Revolut in five countries now and the exchange rate are really good and competitive. It is safe and reliable. I already recommended Revolut to friends and families.

Beware, do your security & service research

Beware, do your research on security. Even if you have zero balance a hacker can rinse money through Revolut and there is no come back, zero customer service (unable to speak to them at all). No responsibility taken, forget your compensation rights you think you have if you become a victim of fraud through Revolut.

FX exchange rate are poor versus other…

FX exchange rate are poor versus other vendors; Wise and Utrip.
Refer a friend program is a joke; there are too many hurdles and time bars - sign up, funding time bar, spend time bar etc. As long as a referral becomes a Revolut client and uses the card, I should qualify for the referral fee. I stopped referring anyone long ago.

Is this how busines is done by Revolut…

Is this how busines is done by Revolut - locking me out of my accounts, even though I've done nothing wrong or criminal?
Security check Revolut says, but how long it takes and why I have to pay for a company being unable to cope up with their workload?

It is what it is, but how you will compensate me?
Just from being on chat for far too many hours, the money Revolut owes me is £20,000.
Pay up for my time and intentionally inflicting losses, by restricting access to my account.

My overall experience has been great.

My overall experience has been great.
App transparent & easy to manipulate.
Services, products offered plus updates very efficient and informative.
Only disadvantage being making direct cash deposits can be a bit of an inconvenience in some instances.
Looking forward to a continued relationship hopefully a great one & perhaps even working for the you sometime in the near future.
