Fast and efficient. Coffee was ordered for the company and a colleague also ordered coffee, they both arrived in the same box. Although the colleague almost went home with both coffees lol.

High quality decaf coffee Nespresso pods.
The hand written note to me was a nice touch, as were the free chocolates. A really nice surprise.
The only thing that worried me was they chose to use Aramex to courier it. Aramex frequently lose my parcels or delay the delivery by months sometimes. I would encourage you to choose to NZ post or a more reputable courier company but I realise this might increase costs.

only organic pod i could find initially but the ease of ordering and then getting a regular delivery was great. Coffee's good and punchy and when I had to take a pause it was easy to stop and then restart. All good, thanks so much. I love partnering with smaller nz companies doing great things.

The prompt reply that my order was received and the updates on the ETA. The coffee itself was very good, subtly strong and slightly bitter which I like in my coffee. The packaging is high quality. I am unsure if the plastic capsules are recyclable ? The coffee cup gift and the sweets inside for Xmas was a very nice touch. Shows you value and appreciate your customers.

This is the BEST service I have ever received from any company I shop with. I order in the morning and it’s like a personalised coffee service, they jump right on it and get it to me like their life depends on it! So dam quick and it’s free!
