A Cream Tea Hamper was sent to a relative on her birthday at the beginnng of October. She thoroughly enjoyed it and is still talking about it now!

No customer service! Attempted delivery wrong day & ignored instructions, simply drove away with my gift! No contact from anyone when tried to find out where it was & then it was delivered following day when no one was at home, this was after it was stuck in delivery warehouse NOT chilled for 2 days & nights! no one has returned my calls or emails. Product went in bin, a lot of money thrown away. DO NOT USE this company.

We are delighted with the whole experience we have had when buying from the Cornish Hamper Store. The delivery of orders are super fast with pasties arriving within 24 hours. Ready to cook and eat or for keeping in the freezer. The flavour and quality of the food is exceptional. We will continue to buy from them.

What a wonderful treat! Light fluffy scones, clotted cream and jam and pasties, just as you would have on a trip to Cornwall from the best bakers, full of flavour and enclosed in gorgeous pastry. Delivered fresh from a refrigerated van ready to enjoy!

Having made an aged blip on my order, I was assisted in buying what I needed by Rebekah with much patience, and tried the black peppered steak pasty- delicious- as an addition. Both of my orders were delivered promptly by the smiliest delivery driver you can imagine. I take a little extra time to reach the door as I am in a wheelchair and he was very kind, asking if I needed help with the parcel. A gift of kindness in addition to the parcel made my day.

Easy to use ordering website good descriptive cover on products. Wonderful to receive extra free gift. Excellent delivery very quick and followed storage instructions. Parcel securely packed. Products arrived in good condition. Tasty pastries, lovely Cream Tea items. Reasonable prices no p&p a bonus. Will order again and recommend.

We loved our hamper, the pasties are delicious,well packed and were still frozen when they arrived.
As for the cream tea,that was absolutely fantastic, I actually licked the cream pot to make sure there was no wastage.

Sadly a not great review. I recently spent £145 on an order to send as a thankyou to a company I've used for a long time. Apart from my original order confirmation I heard nothing. I expected an update for next day delivery - didn't get one. I gave the benefit of doubt as it was a large order and thought it would arrive a day later - no, no processing or courier info so called the company I was sending too (which ruined the surprise tbh!) To make sure it hadn't been delivered and put in storeroom. They confirmed it hadn't arrived.
I emailed the company chasing and got no response. Tried calling and got voice mail. I ended up sending Facebook messages and more Emails and got a response. Apparently the order was stuck with the courier? Then came the hassle of back and forth emails trying to get it redelivered.
I then get a notification of delivery 4 days late all the while I'm still trying to sort out with customer services and wasn't aware it was arriving (not great for a Friday delivery as the recipeints shut over the weekend and 2 staff were due to be off)
I'm not sure if the goods were OK or if the free items were included (as I don't want to have to chase for a response to the recipients for a gift as it seems rude!)
I would maybe reconsider using if you want a quick turn around or for more than one single box order.
I ordered Gluten Free, vegan and normal diet hampers. Overall I'm not happy and wish I'd just given the recipient company cash now to get in what they wanted.. a nice surprise ruined

Great service. Ordered and delivered within two days, the pasties were packaged in a box surrounded by ice bags in a polystyrene box so were really fresh and ready to freeze for future use.
Would highly recommend the company.

I sent a gift to friends. I was able to track it although I was messaged when it was dispatched and when it should arrive. It arrived within time I was given. My friend messaged me when it arrived and said the hamper was lovely. I have used the company several times and they make great gifts for friends and have never disappointed.

I’ve ordered 3 hampers recently as gifts for friends/family and they’ve all been greatly received. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was fine. All arrived on my chosen date and I was kept updated by courier. I haven’t tried the products myself but I’ve been told it was all delicious! Fabulous gift and will definitely use again. Might even order one for myself to try!

I bought a cream tea for my daughter in laws birthday and she was very pleased and enjoyed it. I have bought a lot of the cream teas for friends and family’s birthdays etc and everyone says how nice they are. I ordered it to be delivered on the wrong date and I rang and asked for the date to be changed and it was changed with no problem. I would recommend this company.

As a Cornish ex-pat living in the North East, the Cornish Hamper Store has become my go to for traditional Kernow fare. The food is exceptional and every bite transports me back home! Cannot recommend highly enough!!

The pasties were divine really tasty and a good size.
Also the Cornish cream tea was yummy took me back to summer! I also ordered the strawberry scones as an added item.. They had a lovely delicate flavour. Would recommend 👍

This time for a change we ordered the minted lamb pasties. Maybe because I love lamb minted anyways, but these were a delight to eat. Extremely tasty from the first fork full till the last. We can wholeheartedly recommend these pasties, if like us you fancy a change from the norm now and then

Having recently moved from Cornwall, having a box of Cornish pasties delivered to our door was fantastic. Delivery was quick and perfectly timed for our lunchtime treat. The pasties were excellent and to the same standard as those bought from the Prima bakery - everyone was impressed.
A highly recommended service and one we will be using again, soon!!
