First i ordered shoe with wrong size…
First i ordered shoe with wrong size which was delivered next day. I called and talked with customer service what is the best to do .I ordered again the correct one and return the first purchase. Everything went well new shoes arrived fast and return process done without any issue.

Great customer success management
I placed an order on their website and soon after I was notified that the shoes were no longer in stock in the colorway & size I ordered. Typically, that would have been a disappointing experience however Johan promptly informed me of the timeline until they’d be back in stock, offered alternatives, and kept in touch as soon as they could fulfill my order. Once they were shipped, I received them within a day.

If you have a German spoken website make sure it does feature return information, not only the menu for it.

Shocking
Shocking: I have ordered running shoes Hoka Atari, US 10.5. Shipment was fast, GLS delivered within 1.5 days. Then the shock when opening the box: they sent me used shoes. Someone tried to clean the soles (still dirt inside). Side cushioning system also shoes wrinkles from usage. So far no reaction, compensation, return label. Very disappointing so far; let’s see what will happen.
