Steer well clear!
These drongos sent my replacement vape to the wrong address and then blamed me for it… here’s the email transcript so you can judge for yourself:
Me:
Hey my dudes,
This is a highly unfortunate email to be sending but I live in _______ and have no contact with anyone at the old house you sent the replacement to…
I left there almost 6 months ago. My current address (the one I put on the back of the parcel I sent you) is: ____.
VM:
Well Jon,
Hopefully they send your vape back to the sender. Cross your fingers.
Me:
Hmmm,
So it’s my fault you sent it to the wrong address?
VM:
Yes, you failed to communicate your address change.
Me:
But it was the return address I provided on the vape I sent back!
How could I possibly know you were going to send it without first checking my address?
But as I say, the last address I provided you with is my current address, so…
Why you being weird?
VM:
Your replacement has been shipped. The the rest was up to you.
While I understand this is highly unfortunate, it’s definitely not my fault and blaming the customer for your own mistake is wild!
