Good quality, Poor Customer service
The clothes are of very good quality, nothing to complain about. However, the customer service is unfortunately extremely poor. I placed an order which was canceled a few hours later. Therefore, I placed a second order with exactly the same products (fortunately, I had only ordered mystery boxes, so I did not receive the same products). However, I wrote to them about my order and was told that it was just a system error and that the order would, of course, be shipped. I then sent several emails to them explaining that it was their mistake and that I had placed a second order solely because my first order was canceled. Now, I have received both packages and have not received any response. So, my advice is that if you order from Vicinity, make sure you know what you are buying and hope that they do not make a mistake that affects you as a buyer.
