I got my shoes it took a little while but i got them then, 3 months later the sole started detaching from the shoe and they gave me a 15% discount I wouldve gotten anyway like Im an idiot

The second time i have order something and they dont give the commercial shipping invoice so my order never goes to me and i have to pay de shipment without having my order btw is it 50 € shipment

I was waiting for my order around 2 months. Firstly, Batu from customer service was saying that there is a delivery delay, next time they give a discount code when I asked where is my order. After 2 months they answered that they can no longer find my order and that I ordered from the scam website. But why they were giving those fairy tales about delivery delays during 2 months? I have all the screenshots and conformations that I provided to bank and they confirmed they are scumming people.They are scum and if you want to save your money never order something from their website.

I ordered from proximity three days ago and today the package arrived, I am amazed at the fast delivery and tried on my clothes, they fit perfectly I created a perfect look. The quality of the product is first class, can only be recommended.

A brand worth recommending if we talk about the quality of the material. The clothes are made in China but the quality is great. The biggest problem of the company is the shipping time, which is supposedly 8-12 days to Poland but in reality it gets longer. The brand offers discount codes for 20% for shipping delays.

The clothes are of very good quality, nothing to complain about. However, the customer service is unfortunately extremely poor. I placed an order which was canceled a few hours later. Therefore, I placed a second order with exactly the same products (fortunately, I had only ordered mystery boxes, so I did not receive the same products). However, I wrote to them about my order and was told that it was just a system error and that the order would, of course, be shipped. I then sent several emails to them explaining that it was their mistake and that I had placed a second order solely because my first order was canceled. Now, I have received both packages and have not received any response. So, my advice is that if you order from Vicinity, make sure you know what you are buying and hope that they do not make a mistake that affects you as a buyer.

The akimbo lows are by far my favorite shoes I’ve ever worn!! No joke and I’ve always loved forces and dunks and these are my new go-tos! Got the Bianca crème and sandman color ways and they’re just absolutely amazing. The quality is superb and they’re so comfortable. Highly recommend akimbo lows to anybody wanting a different style shoe than the dunks/forces.

I bought a Vicinity sweatshirt half a year ago, I still wear it all the time, and it's great. The boxy cut is perfect, and after washing, it didn't shrink at all, and the condition is still just as good. Despite the high price, I think it's worth investing in.

Great quality on all items, the sewing of the letters into the pants. Ordered two pairs, they came in a timely fashion and looked just like the pictures. Nothing but a five-star experience and I will be ordering from Vicinity in the future. UPDATE: I ordered the green washed pants, and after about three washed they turned to just normal blue colour, still great quality but a little of a let down.

4 months ago i ordered “Vicinity Distressed Denim Light Blue/Cream jeans”. It's awesome jeans, they have amazing fit with white forces 1’s. Vicinity is great clothing brand, want to buy vicinity hoodie😼.

Great clothes but a shame they don't do UK returns.
I found there to be an error with the mobile website which meant that I ordered the wrong size. Customer service then told me that I couldn't exchange for a different size even though I offered to pay for postage and duties.
Absolutely no complaints about the clothes! However I hope in the near future it will be easier to exchange clothes for a different size seeing as they are an online store.

The product is amazing! However they could add customer support onto their website and make it easier for customers to contact them for support. Also it would good if they could expand their exchange to worldwide as plenty of people from across the world would get wrong sizes.

This is the second time I bought something from this company, and yet I’m still amazed by how they do their business. The products are such good quality for a reasonable price and the packaging is incredibly safe and thoughtful.

The whole company is based on very contraversal and unique ideas which i really like. Other than that the delivery was really fast all the time and the quality and attention to detail is amazing too. Overall a very great clothing store, i will defenitely order some other pieces too.

I bought my first product from Vicinity just a few weeks ago but I´m already in love with these pants. The premium quality of these jeans is really quite unbelieveable and the embroidery is just so sexy and flawless, i love it. 10/10 would reccomend to anybody that likes baggy jeans that are not basic.
