1️⃣ 10 Lunge with a twist
2️⃣ 10 bent over row in to upright row
3️⃣ 10 dumbbells glute swings
4️⃣ 10 modified dumbbell burpee

Cardio circuit
5️⃣ 10 jumping jacks
6️⃣ 10 butt kick run
7️⃣ 10 prisoner jump lunge
8️⃣ 10 narrow jump squat
9️⃣ 10 pop squat
🔟 10 plank shoulder taps
