double bed sheet not big enough to cover the mattress, having to contently alter it.
eye mask has uncomfortable attachment on the strap, making it uncomfortable to lie on.
bed sheet started bobbling after a few week.

Absolutely useless, inept customer service. Ordered a mattress in Oct 2025, still not been delivered. Refusing to help, advised me to send a complaint via post, no contact number and the worst customer service I've experienced, particularly Natasha Thomas! 🤬🤬🤬
