I’d like to thank Sharon for her support throughout my Level 5 Children’s and Managers Apprenticeship Programme.

When Sharon took over as my tutor, she was incredibly supportive, encouraging and understanding. She gave me the confidence to take on new challenges and believe in my abilities.

I’m so grateful to have achieved a Distinction, including distinctions in my interview and Situational Judgement Test. I don’t think I would have approached the journey with the same confidence without Sharon’s guidance.

She also helped me manage my time, organise my workload and plan my schedule, making everything feel more manageable. Most importantly, she encouraged me to take ownership and discover what I was capable of.

I completed my NVQ with partnership training, I had the privilege of have 2 amazing tutor's, due to reason my first tutor left which was a great shame as I found working with her and the support given was amazing. I was then provided a 2nd tutor who I found very unsupportive which when she left on maternity leave I was glad. The 3rd was just as amazing as my first tutor who gave me the confidence to continue with the course which enabled me to get a double distinction over all.

Sonia has been an amazing tutor, she has been great at explaining things to me and reassuring me then I felt I couldn't do it. Sonia has been such a great support and everyone who has her as a tutor is very lucky and Thank you Sonia for supporting me to pass my qulification.

I have learnt so much from attending and completing the course, it has been helpful to put things into perspective and reflecting. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Liza and I appreciate her getting me through to the end so quickly. Thank you so much.

My tutor Stephanie Howard was polite, lovely and understanding with her tutorship through my children, young people and families practitioner NVQ. She was adaptable with my learning preferences and allowed assignment to be completed as written documents and as discussions, she gave good feedback after each assignment and was understanding with her deadlines.

The main good experience from this was my tutor Sarah Ahmed, I wasn't always the easiest student to deal with but she was patient and helped me get my distinction.

I recently completed my Level 5 Leader in Adult Care and I can honestly say my tutor Sarah Gilbert went above and beyond to support me in every aspect. She adapted to every change I needed, including taking on the role of unpaid therapist at times!
The company as a whole were easy to work with and communication was great but Sarah made the whole experience more enjoyable than it had any right to be!

I cannot thank my Gemma Eku enough for the incredible support, encouragement and guidance she gave me throughout my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.

They wholeheartedly supported me every step of the way, stretching my knowledge and experience, and encouraging me whenever I felt overwhelmed or doubted myself. Their patience, understanding and genuine commitment to my success made such a huge difference to my learning journey.

Completing this qualification was a big achievement for me, Gemma went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident, motivated and capable throughout the course.

I would highly recommend Sonia Spittle as a tutor. She supported me throughout completing my Level 5 qualification, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was my second time enrolling onto the Level 5 due to changing companies. My experience with my previous provider had been very different, as I didn’t feel I received the support I needed. This time around, however, it was a completely different experience. From the beginning, Sonia made me feel fully supported and was always available whenever I needed guidance, reassurance, or had any questions.

There were times when I never thought I would complete the course, especially within the timeframe that I did, but Sonia’s encouragement and support helped me stay focused and keep going. I’m extremely grateful for everything she has done to help me achieve my Level 5.

I now have new members of staff who will shortly be enrolling onto their Level 4 qualification, and I genuinely hope they are lucky enough to have Sonia as their tutor. I know they would be in very good hands!
