Palak Moong Dosa!!! “Green Goodness”

I have also named this healthy Dosa as “Green Goodness” because it has health benefits of both Spinach and Moong daal. This dosa is both protein & fiber rich. Specially to kids you can give this green dosa and they won’t even know what’s its made of 😃😃. 
This dosa recipe doesn’t need any fermentation. Just soak green moong daal 1 hr before & rest just grind all the ingredients. 

Checkout the below recipe. 
Recipe:

1. Soak 1 cup split moong daal for 1 Hr. 
2. In grinder, add soaked daal, spinach - 1 cup & leftover rice - 1/2 cup
3. Also add ginger, garlic, green chillies
4. Salt - 1 tsp
5. Cumin - 1 tsp

Plus I have added spinach leaves to sneak in some greens into the dosa plus i love the brilliant color 💚  Adding grated carrots, onions & green chilies like in the video is optional, it tastes great plain too. Ingredients:~
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup masoor dal (soaked for 30 mins)
- 1/4 cup moong dal (soaked for 30 mins)
- 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 1-inch ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
- Oil/ghee, for cooking
Recipe:~
1. Blend all ingredients with water into a smooth batter.
2. Pour batter on a hot tawa, spread into a dosa.
3. Drizzle oil/ghee, cook till crispy. Serve hot & enjoy.

I N G R E D I E N T S: (gives 5/6 dosa) 
2 cups sprouted moong 
100gm low fat paneer 
2 green chilli 
1/4 cup water (add more if required) 
1 tbsp salt 
1 tsp chaat masala 
1 tsp red chilli 
3 tbsp sattu flour 

- mix well to get a thick batter 
- make dosa as shown 
- cook from both sides with ghee until crispy
