Suwayomi is a free, open-source manga server for Windows that lets you manage a personal collection, download chapters, and access the library through a web browser.
Turn your PC into a manga server
The program runs through Java and provides a web interface for browsing saved titles. The library can be opened on the same computer or from other devices connected to the server. Setup takes a little more work than installing a standard reader, but it provides much more control over where the collection is stored.
Find titles and keep the library organized
Suwayomi supports Mihon-compatible extensions for browsing different sources and adding manga to the library. Saved series can be arranged into categories, making it easy to separate collections, genres, or unread titles without relying on regular Windows folders.
Download new chapters automatically
The server can check the library for updates at scheduled intervals and download newly released chapters. It also shows recently updated titles and keeps downloaded content available for offline reading.
Back up the collection and track progress
Mihon-compatible backups can be used to save or restore the library, with automatic backup creation also available. Reading progress can be connected to services such as MyAnimeList, AniList, and MangaUpdates. OPDS support provides another way to open the collection from compatible clients.
Download Suwayomi to manage a centralized manga library on Windows, especially when you want to access the same collection from several devices.
