Now progress has been made into my 2nd Ed 40k journey, heavy metal packages have been turning up and the postman is pissed

But I have finished painting the Coach and another mutated Chaos Warrior.

As you can see the team is growing with the core now painted leaving me with a few more Beastmen, Mino, Star Player & Coaching staff/extras to finish.

Painting has slowed down the last few days dew to it being bloody cold in the land of Chico and my Wednesday game night, but have no fear I have painted up a fine pair.. of should that be 1 with a fine pair hehe.

Blood Bowl: Real Perverts Wear Pink Pt.1

Ummm so I was meant to have this Team started by now eh? But what with Dark Future, SAGA, Blood Bowl Humans the distractions have been big 'uns.

Well not anymore the team has been cleaned up and prepped/primed and I've even got a team name and 2 finished in a single night.. wooo!

Slanneshi Chaos Team all cleaned up and ready for priming. Including Coach, Stripper Cheerleaders, Bloodweiser Goblin and STD the teams Mascot.

Old Bowl/Blood Bowl or Oh crud more toys

So Oldbowl or Blood Bowl as it's more commonly known outside of the Oldhammer groups is a game set I have always wanted to get my teeth into.


So after a little self debating (I'm the Master Debater) I've decided I'd do a Chaos Team and since Mr Saturday is posting me some 80's Citadel Testicle Pink and Bilious Green (No longer made dew to toxic ingredients, not even buy Coat D'arms) the teams colours will us one or both, yes it's going to be a Slaaneshi team with lots of boobs.

Of course I'm going to be using alot of the old Citadel players but also alot of the new alternative companies out such as Hasslefree, Impact & of course Beastface Miniatures.

These 2 will be Cheerleaders and they are from Hasslefree

Rogue Trader 15mm: Beastmen, Cultists & a flashy new ride

Following from last Wednesdays 15mm update post (viewed HERE) I've been busy working on alot of more 15mm toys for a game on the 14th using the USEME: Sci-Fi rules set (which can be bought from 15mm.co.uk).

A lot of the bits won't be used but it's giving me then urge to finish them regardless.

Taking a week out from my massed SAGA whoring (Wait till you see my new Scenery for SAGA, think Stonehenge).

Now as readers of OoaB know I have a long ongoing Outcast/Chaos Greenskin force being painted up. My Force is going to break down into 3 Parts:

Chaos/Outcast Goblins W/ Randoms (Giant, Orc Warmacines, Orclings)
Khornate Half Orc Warband
Corrupted Hobgoblin Warband

Each of these 3 parts will join together for large games but each will have it's own theme and flavour.

I HAVE A PLAN!

So as you may have seen from Tuesdays POST that I fell hard for 15mm and while I'm still waiting for the CP Models Orcs to turn up I've ended up going on 15mm.co.uk and buying a large chunk of bits and pieces

But.. But.. I HAVE A PLAN!

The plan is simple and allows me to get to paint small amounts and get the most from both the scale and cheapness. I'm going to build a number of small Gangs/Warbands of no more then 10 figures (To start with) and less for Elites.

No rules will be used when building these and I will be building to a common theme, whatever I like the look of and would love to paint.

I have 4 Warbands planned so far, you seen of them already my Space Ork Freebooters, well here's the next 3:

Yup more Goblins, looks like I'm a one trick pony atm.. Might have to paint some LE Foundry Fishmen and Imperial Beastmen to break it up a little before I start seeing Greenies in my sleep.

The BOYL15 Outcast Greenskin Project

It's not really a surpise that while I love old Citadel a large % of my list will be Alternative Companies.

Ral Partha Europe

Ral Parthe Europe was established in 2000 to manufacture and supply classic Battletech and Ral Partha Fantasy miniatures to mail order and trade customers throughout Europe and the Commonwealth.

They relocated in 2010 to our new, larger factory premises and shortly after relaunched our mail order service as RPE Miniatures & Games (it's easier to type!). They have  since added new ranges such as 'DSA- Das Schwarze Auge' and recently acquired 'Demonworld 15mm'

Nearly all the miniatures listed on this site are in production and manufactured  in Liverpool by the lumbering cave Trolls that are Martyn and Paul.

Now I have to admit until today I never really have a great look at the RPE site except for a brief look for Goblin Aid awhile back preferring to use suppliers which sold Ral Partha products such as Second City Games.

But today I spent a nice hour or so going though everything and there are some real golden products to be found.
