Cougar Basketball
Here are some pics from the basketball game last night. It was a tough loss to Arizona but we are still 3rd in the Pac-10 so I'm still happy...hopefully we will still be ranked in the polls.

Who wears green to a WSU game? My husband.
At least we are still #1 in Washington hehe.
A closer view.

Fun Date Night
Last week Mike and I wanted to do something fun so we went to a place in Moscow called "Wild at Art"(its similar to "Color me Mine") and painted some stuff. It was so much fun! Mike did a plate for Cookies and it came out so good! I did a plaque for our bedroom. Oh and I got a hair cut for those of you that haven't seen it.
This is Mike trying to look like he wasn't that into it...but he really did enjoy himself.
I did Alma 37:37 "Yea, when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God."

Buried Treasure in the Snow
So this morning after Mike dropped me off at school he called me and was like "Did you lose a bra?" Utterly confused by the question I asked him what he was talking about. Apparently when he got home he saw a bra strap sticking out of a melting snow pile in our driveway! It must have fallen out of the laundry basket weeks ago and has been buried under the snow for quite sometime now! I hadn't realized that it was missing until now! Just wanted to share that funny story with everyone!

Snowy Days in Pullman
Pullman just experienced the 4th snowiest January on record! According to my favorite weather man, Tom Sherry, we've already had 63 inches of snow this winter. Last year we only got 40 inches for the whole winter. WSU cancelled classes on Thursday and Friday for the first time since 1982 when they had to cancel the first 2 days of the Spring semester because students couldn't get back to Pullman because of the weather. The only other time school was cancelled was for four days due to the Mount St. Helens erruption.
These are the steps from our doorway to the street.

This is our street! Crazy!
This view is looking up to campus. I was on my way to class on Thursday morning and I heard the annoucement on a police car intercom saying that classes were cancelled. It was pretty cool to see all of the students cheering!
This is our house! Our car is buried.

This is the backyard, the snow is about a foot deep.
We went out to dinner the other night in Moscow, ID and we had to get a video of our drive! This is the MAIN ROAD! Let's just say the snow plowers in our neck of the woods aren't really on the top of their game. Hopefully you can tell how crazy our ride was from this video. My favorite part of the tape is when Mike tells me to stop recording because I was starting to embarrass him hehe.
