Marlee Turned One!

I can't believe Marlee is One year old! Time sure does fly! Well, we had an eventful Birthday Week. My sister's and their families came in town from Utah, we celebrated with family and friends, and we enjoyed watching Marlee start to walk on her birthday. What a joy little ones bring into our lives. Here are some posts/pictures of the eventful week of Marlee's First Birthday. Thanks to everyone who made it so much fun and to the generous gifts.

Birthday pictures

The first picture is when Marlee woke up on her First Birthday! I took her to PETCO because she loves dogs. We looked at the animals there, and then I took her to Jamba juice. After that, we met up with the Nicole, Shawn, Zach and Brayden and went Birthday shopping. We hung out at my mom's and Nat and Bromley were there. Then when we got home, Bobbi and Mack came over and to top it off, Lisa and Sydney came over too! This was probably her favorite birthday :) because she got to see almost all of her favorite people!

Schnepf Farms

We celebrated Marlee's birthday at Schnepf farm and had a lot of fun with family and friends. We played on the playground, went to the petting zoo, rode some rides, and roasted marshmallows at a fire pit. Let's just say that Marlee slept so well that night because she was worn out!

Not everyone can still play Baseball(yes baseball, not softball) when they are in their 50's. But my Dad plays any chance her can get. We went and watched one of his games and had a fun time! Go dad!

Pumpkin Carving at an extended Mack FHE

Ivan's Aunt put on a little Mack family get together last night. We had an enjoyable time eating dinner, carving pumpkins and enjoying each others company! Here are a few pictures from the gathering.

Fat Lip

Today was Marlee's first day to fall down the stairs. Thanks goodness her only injury was a fat lip (and possible a headache). No broken bones or anything major. I think her teeth must have cut her lips because she was bleeding in her mouth. Poor girl, we've had a hard day today :(

Mischievous Marlee

Whenever Marlee is quiet for more than 5 mins, I know she's up to something....
She found our coin jar and loved the sound that coins make when you throw them on the floor.
She also found the ice-cream in the freezer. She looks like she might have gotten a stomach ache from eating too much ice cream. Both events took place within 1 hour of each other.

Marlee loves playing with Sydney

Marlee has a best friend named Sydney. They are five days apart and are turning one this week. We were lucky enough to watch Sydney for a few hours and they had such a fun time together!
