The whole month of June was spent with us being in the pageant. Our boys absolutely loved being a part of it, and are sad that it is over. Now that July has come, summer is already half over, and I can't believe it.
Last week Jake took his young men on a 50 miler hike up Kings Peak. I went to Bluebell with the boys while Jake was away. We went to the lake a couple of times, to Roosevelt for ice-cream, and to the park. The kids had fun playing with Sarah's chickens and goats. And of course they rode horses. At the end of the week we had our Paul Bird family reunion.
Every time we went to the lake, the kids had fun catching crawdads. They would play with them like pets when we got home.
